I recently had Autolite glass service replace my chipped windshield on my Bronco SUV using their mobile service. The overall process went smoothly. The service technician called me when he was in route to my residence. He arrived during or earlier than my scheduled appointment. He completed the windshield replacement quickly and carefully taking care not to damage my Bronco’s dashboard or hood. I was very satisfied with the technician’s expertise. I recommend Safelite glass replacement service without reservations.
Very dissatisfied with Safelite, They installed a “new” windshield in my car and after installation was completed the technician Luis from the Thonotosassa Branch in Fl identified some ships in the glass he was unable to take care of and stated he’ll reported to the company and I will be getting and email by the end of the day with a new appointment to replace it.
