I made an appointment online, showed up, and got a windshield fixed. It was all very smooth, and the technician did a great job explaining things to me.
Great communication leading up to the appointment, arrived within expected window, completed service within the 45min time frame, and technician was polite and friendly
My technician Yonaira was phenomenal. She called to let me know when she was en-route to pick-up the requested OEM Windshield. She gave me up-to-date estimate of when she would arrive, and arrived on time as promised. She was knowledgeable about her job, and was professional in the care of my vehicle. She had a great attitude. One could truly tell that she loved her job, and in what I saw, did it well. The tech arrived and was courteous and performed the work but he damaged my rearview mirror housing and tried to cover it up with tar and didn't tell me. He also damaged a custom power cord which he could have moved out of the way and then he left the dashboard full of debris not cleaning. The tech also reported he didn't calibrate my camera and didn't tell me I went to the office and explained what happened and at first they wanted to claim the cut wire wasn't there until I pointed it out on their photos and they agreed to ... read more
