I have used this location before and was extremely satisfied with the service, however my second time around I feel there has been a big lack in communication as I was not disclosed about the changes being made to my replacement windshield. I feel like a courtesy call to the customer takes less than 5 minutes but to just not communicate at all is not good customer service.
