I live in Alice and made an appointment Thursday of last week to have my windshield repaired today, 09/03/2025. I was advised the windshield arrived and to make sure to come in for the repair. When I dropped my car off I was told it's be the hours. An hour later I was told to come by and pick up my vehicle because the windshield they ordered was damaged. When I asked if they indicted the windshield yesterday they said they did but that they hadn't noticed the damage. I didn't argue but asked why they didn't catch the damage.... read more
