I’ve gotten my Scion tc 2015 windshield replaced 3 times already, and each time it was done incorrectly. The molding flew off on the highway twice and there is now water damage in my car. I have my fourth appointment today at 3p and I have to go into the shop because I do not have another 4 hour window to wait around. I drive my car for work, so i am rarely ever at the same location. Tried to call to let them know where to leave the key because I was going to pick-up my truck after hours and was on hold for a 1/2 hour, the next day I noticed the a-pillar was dirty and my headliner has a stain from a workers dirty hand. A truck that's 2-years old
Such great staff! All so talented. I was so anxious about getting this done, and how long it would take. They replaced and recalibrated my windshield in just over an hour. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who needs windshield repair or replacement. The only thing that keeps this from a five star review, is that the waiting area needs a little bit of TLC. They did a great job!
