I am only given 1 star because the actual technician who fixed a chipped rock part on my windshield was very nice and polite. As far as the manager guy in the office. He was absolutely horrible. His attitude was rude from start to finish. He was belittling his workers and super unprofessional talking to them. It made me feel bad for the employees. I’m not satisfied with their work.
