Awful customer service, incompetance at its' best. Three visits to finally get the job done. If you use Safelite, at the Orange Park location, you have no one to blame but yourself, consider yourself warned.
Giving 4 stars because after a minor hiccup with the tech, the office staff got me right. Shout out to Heather and Mrs. Ann for exemplifying true customer service and turning around what could have been a bad experience. I will say it wasn’t all their fault because I did have a weird situation going on with my windshield and I’m sure they are just doing their job. Windshield on my 2024 took a pebble hit and created a star on the lower portion of windshield, ie, out of my driving view. Since the star was out of my view, I considered just buying the epoxy kit on amazon and giving it a go. I decided to have Safelite guy come out. He told me there was no guarantees associated with attempted star fixes. I said OK, next thing I know he's using a spring-loaded punch to make the star cracks bigger. Very convenient and professional service. Also, they took like 1hr to do a 2-3hr replacement. I was out of there sooner than I thought.
