I used Safelite's services, as recommended by my insurance company. I chose not to schedule a specific appointment time, and everything went exactly as planned: I dropped the car off early and followed the instructions for handing over the keys—everything was clearly explained and easy.

My insurance company put me in touch with Safelite to replace my windshield after a pebble hit it while I was driving down the highway. I went to the Falmouth location and was very pleased with the service. They were prompt in setting up an appointment. I waited in the waiting area and my car was finished in a reasonable amount of time. I highly recommend Safelite.

Went to my appointment last week, when I got there they told me my windshield wasn’t in stock. I think he said something like “there was an inventory glitch”. Ok, you should have called me, instead you wasted my time. We rescheduled for this week. I get there and I’m told my windshield hasn’t been delivered, it should have been there by my appointment. Again, you failed to make a simple call.
