I scheduled my appointment for the first call of the day at 8:00 and when I got there at 5 minutes of there were already cars being worked on so I had to wait until 9:30 to get my car in for a new windshield. The poor technician had to wait for the other technician to finish using the calibration device so that he could finish my vehicle. Why wouldn't you have at least two of those? Ultimately, never get out of there until 10:30.
Very Impressed with the quality of care and service I received from Safelite. The technician was friendly, excellent, and the Process was a piece of cake! I couldn't be happier ! I highly recommend and will forever be a future customer at the Falmouth Safelite!!
