Very friendly, quick service and answered any questions with ease, repaired my front windshield replaced
I was quoted a dollar amount for my windshield replacement which happened to be my insurance deductible. When I picked my car up, there was an additional $74 tacked onto the bill for windshield wipers they had installed without asking me in advance. My car is brand new! This predatory, extra money making procedure is despicable! As a result, I will never use Safelite again nor recommend it to anyone. As an end note, they did adjust my bill back to my deductible amount after my complaint.
