It took a month and 3 appointments for my replacements to get installed. I spoke with several customer service representatives and I found my self explaining my situation over and over again to them. It’s as if they have no way of keeping track of what’s happening with a customer. Thankfully the work is done and it’s good so far. If you have the time try working with an independent shop before these guys, the corporate run around with them is stressful.
The technician was professional, friendly and on time. The work was done quickly and I was told what to expect ahead of time. Great service!!!
Timely replaced my windshield at the appointed time. Personnel were friendly and courteous. Job looks great. So far no problems.
