I was very pleased with my windshield replacement. They got it done quickly and did all the insurance settled. The insurance wanted to put in an after market windshield, but they helped me get a Honda one. Great service!
I had my windshield replaced on my 2021 Acura RDX by Safelite, and I couldn’t be more impressed. The team was extremely professional, handling everything quickly and efficiently. From the start, they were very kind confirming my appointment and sending multiple reminders beforehand. The work itself was flawless; the installation was so clean that once I got back into my car, I couldn’t even tell the windshield had been replaced. Overall, fast, professional, and attentive service. Highly recommended!
Great service. Debris hit my windshield and caused a star like crack. Made an appointment, got there an hour early and asked if they could work on it earlier than my appointment, they went ahead and started right away. The technician walked me out to my truck and explained the process in detail. Very pleasant interaction with staff at front desk and also with technician who worked there on Bingle in Houston!
I am really disappointed in the service at this location. After my windshield replacement my car smelled like hemp or Marijuana. I saw the technician smoking, so I know it was the black guy who drives that black Nissan. He needs to be tested for drugs. I had to pay $150 to get a detailed interior clean. It reek of Marijuana. Yall just hire anyone. And I've sent a complaint to the Better Business Bureau. And I'm going to reach out to corporate At Saflite Repair
