I was able to get an appt right away. Everyone was courteous, knowledgeable,and efficient. Insurance handled everything. No paperwork involved.
I have attempted 3 different times to have my windshield replaced. All three times they came unprepared and had to schedule it again. The third attempt. I went ahead and had the replace it anyway since. They cut the foam seal at the bottom and said it’s okay it only stops paper from going down. Doesn’t matter, you damaged it replace it. They still haven’t contacted me to finish up the installation of the windshield. I will definitely be using local next time. Safelite, you were a waste of my time.

windshield was replaced on day schueduled he did arrive later during the time offered. He was very effecient and love our new windshield... Explained when to remove tape not to wash car for 24 hours.. Did a very nice job
