Excellent customer service at the Hilo, Hawaii service location. Respectful, courteous and friendly employees. They were done with my windshield replacement in an hour and was perfect. Loved the service thank you. I recommend their service to all.
I made a reservation over the phone and scheduled service and when I brought the car in for service was told they would not replace the glass because their policy prevents them from servicing any windows with any rust even if bondo is used. I just want people to know if you have any rust at all under your windshield you should either have professional bodywork done first to your window frame or service your windshield at a nearby window company. Safelite Hilo did such an amazing job on my windshield!! Working with my insurance they got it done quick and easy!! Almost had a shipping delay but Reymar did a great job keeping me updated and was even able to keep my original scheduled appointment. Reymar worked quickly and cleanly. Huge shout out to the team over there at Safelite Hilo, keep at it and happy New Year!!
