I found Safelite very professional and timely. Really appreciated the work they did.!
I waited 2 weeks to get an appointment. Dropped car off in the morning of the appointment with a broken windshield and got it back with a very cheap distorted glass, soda spilled on the side and a dent from a car door. They claim no responsibility for the dent even though pictures show it was not there previously. Now I have to wait 2 weeks for them to get a new part in. They should have noticed the glass was defective it was a distortion across the whole windshield. I noticed right away. Horrible job!
Phenomenal service in all ways! Cost was affordable compared to their competitor which was DOUBLE and had little to no customer service skills. The Safelite technician was very professional and kind! Mahalo nui loa Kayden!
Very helpful , great installation
Had my windshield replaced with them, the process is quick and easy. From scheduling my appointment online to pickup. I used their “drop and go” service, and it was seamless. Definitely recommend!
