Took a week to get an appointment. Central Ohio is the home of Safelite so I'm just wondering why it took so long for a tech to get to my home. It used to be 24-hour service I don't know what changed but I'm very disappointed. Outside of that, the technician was lovely, and the install was exceptional and quick. Tip your technicians! To me if they come to my house, that's the least I can do.
Skype from Safelight replaced my windshield he was very professional. He showed up in between the scheduled block he went ver the process of how he was going to change it. Verified the the crack was from a rock and not installation failure as I had just had the windshield replace by a different company. Notified my about a water leak on the previous installation. Then he let me go about my business and let me know when he was done. He was spot on when he told me how much time my windshield would take. All together very happy... read more
