They don’t honor their warranty and are overpriced. Our windshield was repaired late February in WI and this shop claimed it was clearly impact. Wanted almost $1000 to repair it. Took it down the street to Auto Glass Now and they did it same day for $600. They also confirmed that it was a gray area and could certainly be install related. They said if it was them they would have erred on the customer side and replaced it under warranty.
Service was great and everyone was friendly. The camera mount wasn't working p properly so I needed to bring my care back to be recalibrated but they let me know what the issue was, had a new part ordered, and setup the new appointment quickly.
