Went in on Saturday. (not the most inviting staff) Waited over 1 1/2 before someone told me that the windshield for my car was chipped and they didn't have another windshield until Monday. Staff then rescheduled me for Monday, got the install. Waited about 2 hours which they said was normal. Walked outside for a phone call from a friend and saw my car sitting in the parking lot. Initially told service would be 2 hours, then got a text stating would take 3 hours so I decided to go home to wait. No call/text after 3 hours regarding vehicle. When I called, the AI system hung up on me twice. I went to location to figure out what was going on and was told my vehicle had been done for 2 hours. Won’t be using again
George was very knowledgeable, professional and polite. He kept me informed and texted me when completed while I waited comfortably in side my home.
