First time using Safelite and will be using it in the future. Anthony, the tech was extremely knowledgeable and set expectations for the process giving me worst case scenario, luckily it was an easy fix! Highly recommend especially if you want the ease of them coming to you and not having to drive to a shop.
David was great! He kept me updated on his expected arrival time, upon arrival got to work, finished quickly and that was it. No issues and he was super nice. I liked him—I hope to never need my windshield replaced again but if I do, I’m going to request David. Thanks Safelite!!
