Safelite was so easy to use! I scheduled my appointment online. I got a mobile appointment that was convenient and a good option. The technician JC ( Juan) was communicative, on time, helpful and has a great attitude. The whole process was positive and simple.
He did an awesome job replacing my window and helped me out with my side passenger window.
We were extremely happy with the service we received from our Safelite technician, Frank. He was very communicative throughout the entire process, keeping us informed and making everything easy and stress-free. Frank was respectful, professional, and a true gentleman from start to finish. It’s refreshing to receive this level of customer service. We really appreciated his professionalism and couldn’t be happier with the experience!
The wait was a bit long but once the work started the technician was quick and professional. He did a great job.
