Great experience. On time, easy to work with!
This company is not organized at all. I set an appointment and then the day before the appointment they call as the glass comes in scratched, I set another appointment and the wrong glass comes in (I find this out after I dropped off my car off and started walking home). I'm done...taking my car elsewhere.
Fast, friendly, professional service.
Overall the replacement of our Prius' windshield went well. I do have 2 suggestions, though. [1] There is a software bug in the reservation and e-mail reminder software that confuses the appointment time. I made my reservation for 10AM, and one e-mail reply said that the appointment was for 11AM, and another said it was for 10AM PST (it is PDT right now). The staff at the Santa Cruz location was friendly and helpful. They were able to replace my windshield and calibrate my car's system in about 2.5 hours.
