This is a convenient location and it was pretty simple. I booked my appointment online and filled out all the important information you have to have your VIN number. Most cases is the best way and your insurance policy and it was pretty much streamlined after that and the guys at the shop took care of it and record time and very quick about it and did a great job
So quick and easy!! They came to my house and had my 2024 Kia Sorento windshield replaced in 2 hours!
Big shoutout to the staff at the Brighton Safelite. They acknowledged initial concerns I had about the specialty molding and window variances between the base and performance trim type for my car. There were a few minor complications at first, which would’ve ultimately changed my review. However, that was addressed and the installation/calibration was done beyond satisfaction. So I tip my hat to them and say, thank you, I appreciate the excellent service and support you provided me.
The whole experience was very easy. Safelite in Brighton was very accommodating. We had the windshield replaced and calibrated. We were able to make an appointment I. A timely fashion. The job took about 2 hours and seems to be good. The personnel were friendly and answered all my questions. No problems at all!
They came out to replace my windshield, the next day I noticed the hood, headlight and front part of the car was all scratched up. They are claiming it's not there fault it was there. It's a brand new car it had no scratches on it. So now a car that I only had for 6 months is all scratched up. Unreal how nothing is ever anyone fault
