The window repair was fine. In and out. However I was quoted 3.5 hours of labor, which put the cost of the job over $700. The job took 20 minutes, but I was still charged almost $400 in labor. Labor was noted per hour, not per job. Labor was $130 an hour, so why did a 20 minute job cost me almost $400 in labor alone?
Thomas kept me updated on his arrival time and did an excellent job replacing my windshield.
Took just an hour to complete. The front office staff were friendly and professional.
