We set a appointment for come in and have a 2019 Hyundai Tucson windshield replacement. When we arrive, we are told that there will be a 1 hour wait and then another 2 hours to replace the windshield. After an hour's wait we are told they are ready to replace our windshield. We are about to pull our car into the stall when the guy says, "I have really bad news" "We don't have your windshield". We have just driven 20 miles, a 40-mile round trip, waited an hour and then they decide to check to see if they actually have our win... read more
