There is no Safelite in this place, I do not recommend it.
Safelite driver ran me off the road on heading to East route 52 at 6:50 am on 3/26/2025. Florida License plate 10DZIY. I eventually caught up to the back of the vehicle and took a photo.
I had a repair scheduled last week, but they cancelled on the same day of the repair and told me it was because the technician called off. They rescheduled me for today; no call, no show. I tried calling their office and no one picks up.
POOR! I had an appt today (8-12). I called and the agent could not reach the tech or store. Tech did not show up. This company is supposed to have the best communication with text messages and real-time tracking of the techs vehicle. Customer service agent, while nice, was helpless because the store, tech and her manager could not be bothered to pick up the phone.
