Claremont St). * Drop-off: very early in line with a morning appointment; told it would be completed by the afternoon. * Communication: Zero updates, and impossible to reach a human by phone. * Outcome: Showed up at 4:45 PM, as the store closes at 5:00 PM, to find they had barely started. * Service: The manager made excuses and rudely suggested I could just take my unfinished car. Worst service. Do not trust this company with your vehicle. I made an appointment for a home visit. They confirmed my appointment days before. All seemed good. The day before my visit, I get a text with instructions. They were supposed to arrive Saturday between 8am-12pm. I received 2 missed calls Saturday morning that rang once. By the I tried to answer they hung up. I called right back like 10 times and no one pick up or returned my call.
