They did an amazing job replacing my windshield. My 3 star review comes from lack of communication the entire day they had the car then calling me 20 minutes after they closed to tell me it was done. I told them I would come pick it up that evening to which they agreed. I arrived 40 minutes later (after my ride picked me up and the soonest I could get there) and no one was there. First off, the two stars are because my technician was very nice, the front desk lady was nice, and the manager was also nice. It would have been one star if not for them. The reason for only leaving two stars is because the crack that they were filling in is still there. The technician said there must be water from all the rain we have had trapped in it so they gave me a quote to replace my windshield for over 1000! I asked at the front desk if I could be reimbursed since the technician covered up the crack without removing... read more
Excellent work in replacing my windshield. Appointment was on time and even though the projected time was 2-3 hrs, they replaced the windshield and recalibrated my camera within 2 hours!
