Very helpful and concerned.
Getting a hold of Safelite is a nightmare. Can't talk to a real person. We had a leak with our windshield. Tried to use the online form to schedule an appointment. They do not show a leak as an option. Had to fudge the form to get an appointment. Got appointment and had to pay up front. Waited 4 hours for technician. No one showed. Checked online and they had canceled our appointment without telling us. Said they would refund our money. Had to go to credit card company for help getting refund. Would not recommend this compan... read more
Had front windshield replaced. Was told inspection stickers were in car. They were not. Called several times, said they would call back, never did. Now have to pay for new inspection and emission stickers.. Next too impossible to speak with anyone unless you schedule an appointment.
