I wasnt exactly thrilled with the customer service experience it took me to get an appointment but upon arrival to the store, the employees were super friendly, the location looks brand new and immaculately kept with a nice lobby area and coffee bar to enjoy while you wait and they did a great job repairing my crack and in a timely fashion. In person was a million times better compared to my interaction on the phone. Thank you!
Staff was very friendly and professional.
Installer did an excellent job and even cleaned our side windows. Came right to our driveway and was completed and recalibrated for our vehicle safety features in a couple of hours
Thomas was phenomenal, he was super thorough, particular, yet swift. I really appreciate his attention to detail. Was great chatting with him and learning about safelight, he is immensely informative and great at what he does, I feel special to have had a rockstar replace my windshield.
