His overall mind set on how he does his job should be a bench mark for your company. This gentleman is differently management material.

The Safelite guys have taken care of the issue, no problems, they have a facility to get your vehicle inside for repairs that is a bonus right there. 3 windshield replacement and 1 rear window.

Both technicians were friendly and professional, but Max was especially pleasant. They got me in earlier than my scheduled appointment, and it was New Year's Eve! The shop was clean and organized as well as the waiting room. Communication was timely and helpful. They did a complete windshield replacement in under an hour!
