The technician, Daniel, confirmed when he was on his way, was very friendly and professional, and completed the job quickly and properly.
The technician did an amazing job. The communication about the process, timeline and expectations was clear. The time it took to fix the crack was efficient. Very very happy with the work, especially since it sealed and concealed it to 95% not visible. New wipers, rain repellant all in less than 45 minutes!
Firstly, Safelite’s advertising is outstanding because as soon as I saw the chip & damage to my windshield, I immediately heard the jingle in my head The online process was very poor, as the site kept having errors as I attempted to book an appt. However, the text/chat feature was timely & efficient. In store, the manager Noel was extremely courteous, knowledgeable & professional, as was the technician Jacob. Service was complete in about an hour. Great job by all (except for the online experience)
