Service Tech Justin arrived on time and explained all areas of work. When I had to take my car to Safelite in Ft Worth to complete camera calibration (new updates Justin didn't have yet) the Manager Cesar was also very helpful. I hope to never have to have a windshield replaced again but if I do I will definitely use Safelite and recommend to others who need windshield replacement.
Mr. Montana was prompt and stayed in communication with me. He did a fine job with no issues.
So easy to set an appointment that matched my schedule. The technician was courteous, professional and thorough. Came to my home to replace a windshield. Definitely will be my go-to for window replacements or repairs.
