I had a great experience with Safelite AutoGlass. The service was quick, professional, and hassle-free from start to finish. Joseph, the technician, was fantastic. He was on time, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure everything was done right. You can tell he takes pride in his work, and it shows in the quality of the replacement. Overall, a smooth experience and great customer service. I would definitely recommend Safelite to anyone needing auto glass repair.
Safelite tech came to house replaced windshield, paid for the wipers to get changed as well, and also selected for RainX to be added as a service, windshield wipers were never changed and Rainx was not done, yet they charged cc with no issue, I called same day to advise them, Customer service agent assured me he would have his "manger" call me back and they issue a refund neither of that happened yet. very dissatisfied with Safelite never again...
They did what they said they could do. Looks much better
