Technician never showed up when they were scheduled between 12-5. Tried calling technician that called in the morning and his mail box is full. Called number on email and an AI agent tells me to go to the portal.
Had stone chip repaired. Technician explained I’d still see a blurry spot where the chip is but there’s still a noticeable crack on the spot. My only other time I used Safe Lite I had issues with an at home replacement. Not sure if it was this service location. I’m not going back!
