I had two chips overlapping on my windshield. We were not sure if the repair would be sufficient but it looked better than expected. You could barely tell a chip ever existed when the repair was completed. Thank you Josh @ Zeeland location for your great service and the timely repair. I was in and out in less than 40 min.
Incredibly friendly service staff, comfortable and clean waiting area, free wifi and refreshments. Robert was kind, efficient, and helpful.
Scheduled ahead of time, got confirmation of appointment. Waited 5hrs per there 12-5pm appointment for no one to show. No communication or explanation. Whole afternoon wasted.
Josh and the crew were very helpful. We weren't sure about the online appointment and the severity of the damage, whether it could be repaired, so we dropped in 2 days early. We were so glad we decided to visit in person. The online deal is very convoluted and confusing, but visiting in person solved everything. We even bumped up the appointment, which worked out perfectly.
