Super friendly staff and technicians. They do a great job and are very informative. Nice, clean waiting room with coffee and water provided. They also have tables if you need to work while you wait.
Got my car in quick, the technician did a quick walk around and let me know roughly how long it would take... they completed before they said they would and I came back and picked it up. It was just a repair, but all along the way I knew what was going on and felt comfortable leaving my car there.
Needed my windshield replaced. Was denied because of a small dent on my roof. Pinch weld was fine. Staff was nice except for the manager, who told me they would take off my windshield, bill me, and not replace it. Went with complete ADAS solutions up the road, and was way better! Do not come here.

The worker who showed up at my house was polite informative and friendly. Safelite always does a great job.This is the second time i've used them to repair a windshield.
