Great quick service. Have had no problems with the new windshield. We were able to leave and come back after a couple hours

Jasmine was curtious, kind and respectful. Jasmine was fast and took care of my windshield repair as discussed.
Almost caused an accident (because they did not put the rear view mirror back on correctly, and it fell off while driving). Pretty sure they rushed through the windshield replacement (they didn't start the process until 4:22 pm and pick-up is 4-5 pm). Very annoyed with whole thing.
This business model is an insurance 3rd party payment system that sacrifices customer service. I feel sorry for the staff here. You cant find the local phone number and each time I spoke with someone through the national number-the local store had no idea what I was talking about.
