There is no way to talk tp a human being, there phone directs you to the web. They called with a problem on there end and the phone # left was garbled. So the installer shows up, and the can't do the work cause the winfow is hinged, meaning like normal on a ton of vans, the window flips out. That is attached to the vehicle so that is owner responsibility.
