windshield replacement went fine and the guy that did it was very nice (chaz), five stars for him. the problem came in the waiting room. a man walks in to express his displeasure with his service, calm but firm. this employee comes out (no clue her name, maybe something with an A, brunette.), interrupts him, and then proceeds to agitate him and be VERY inflammatory whilst throwing shots at him for being upset, all while he is very clearly trying to remain as calm as possible. she then proceeds to threaten him with the police... read more
ZERO STAR RATING IS DESERVED……If you are looking for the worst customer experience possible, schedule your appointment with Ally at this location. She was the most unprofessional disrespectful representative imaginable for Safelite. I was scheduled for a 3pm appointment in which the technician did not show up until 8pm. Not only was he not able to actually do the job upon arrival, I was advised to call the office to reschedule (as if it were my fault). Highly recommend this service center. Communication was excellent, turn around time was good, technician who came to replace windshield was A+ and went above and beyond. Very satisfied customer. Thank you!
After getting my windshield replaced there was no attempt to clean the mess from the removal of the adhesive from the windshield and left the car filthy
