A few years ago my wife had windshield replaced by a mobile safelite rep. Immediately after he left she noticed an imperfection in the glass right at her eye level. She mentioned it to safelite then and told me. I said it was not such a big deal as I do most of the driving even in her car. I can see over it so driving for me was not so bad.. .... nightmare ! I reached out to Safelite in regards to a blurry spot on my windshield in June 2025, that was making it difficult/dangerous for me to see, especially at night when driving. Made an appointment for the technician to come out and replace it. Technician was nice, very young, but polite. He completed the work and left. When I went to drive my car, it was raining . Jesse and Nigel are about the only good employees at this location. They were very helpful and kind. However, I was given incorrect information by other employees and had a ton of issues. The tech who installed my glass, did not tell me anything about the install other than I was good to go. Upon walking to my vehicle, I noticed two pieces broken. I then asked for them to come look and he stated he didn't get to pry it off or anything, but there are scratches all over it and broken. I told him it is a 3 month old car. Brand ... read more
