Alex was a delight. He called before arriving, answered all my questions, got the service done quickly, and encouraged me to reach out if I have further questions or concerns. He was very polite and my windshield looks great.
Replaced my windshield 4 times this month through Safelite. They've done a great job each time.
He called to confirm time and location. Showed up on schedule. Did an amazing job very quickly. Didn't try to be a pushy salesman. Left me with all the care instructions. Windshield looks great.
Zachary was professional and very efficient. He explained how the windshield replacement was going to work and what to expect, and finished so much quicker than I expected. Great experience!
Taurean, our technician, phoned to let us know he was on the way, was there on time and completed the service while communicating with us throughout the entire process.
