AVOID THIS LOCATION — I will not be using them again. There are far too many other businesses that can do the same job equal or better. 1. The front office is filthy. No sweeping, mopping, or basic cleaning. I was there at opening and again at closing, and the same dirt and mess were still there. That tells you everything. 2. Take photos before work is done. Safelite technician will not accept blame. I purchased this vehicle new Mar 2022 and vehicle has less than 25k miles. The kids putting the new windshield in tried to tell me the windshield had been replaced before because they seen primer. It hasn't!. They claim there was a tear in the headladliner in the top right passenger side, broken clip on the inside camera cover and broken clip on the trim on passenger side. Highly recommend Safelite. Professional work and great customer service. Tech was efficient and friendly.
I wish they honored the price quote. Made the appointment a week in advance, drove there, paid in advance, waited 45 minutes to be told “I’m sorry, our system was wrong”. We have to charge you more. I
As the initial window repairman was working another one came here he got out of his car and was blairing his music while helping and I had to ask him to turn it down. He complied right away after they left I moved my car. And I noticed that my lights had been left on. They are set to come on and off when my car is running. So someone intentionally turned them on manually. If I hadn’t got in my car to move it, it would have drained my battery……. So. That’s all I have to say about that….
