A seamless, stress-free transaction with professional service
I made an appt for them to come to my home for a rear window replacement. They didn't show and didn't call. I called them and they said the tech was sick. They said they "might" be able to get to me the next day. After I already rearranged my day for the initial appt. They didn't follow up. I called a different company WindshieldsRUs. They came out the same day and charged me $230 less than safelite quoted me. I guess it's a good thing Safelite didn't show. I got to save money. Choose WindshieldsRUs instead.
