I was completely impressed with the professional customer service.
Great experience getting my windshield replaced and safety systems recalibrated after it was cracked by road debris.
This shop was clean, efficient, cordial, helpful. Ryan was excellent and thorough. I’m very impressed with how everything was handled. Renee was able to find the part and I was able to have my window replaced with ease. I’ll never go anywhere else. What a refreshing experience.
Very unprofessional service; One of their technician came to change my car winshield. He asked me the keys to drive car for calibration but bump my car in my garrage and cause damage but they dont want to accept it . I inspected the car before hand over unfortunately I did'nt take the pic before handing over . I selectd them because its big name in glass replacement but very unprofessinal way of dealing with customers.
The team at Safelite on North Canton Center Road , canton MI is excellent! Easy process, excellent service, exceeded expectations!
