On time and very quick with install of windshield and very polite
I called to get my windshield replaced because I saw a ad that they do payment plans. This was the only reason I scheduled with Safelite. After setting up the payment plan online and my appointment I assumed everything was good. Took my car in and even spoke with the guy at front desk about my payment plan etc. He said yes he saw everything was already taken care of. Next day I see they charged my card the full amount. I'm not sure if my windshield tech works from this location or not but today I had Larry come to our home to fix 2 cracks in my windshield. He called an hour before to give me an ETA of when he would arrive. He came right on time and called again to let me know he was here since I requested a call so my dogs don't go crazy. He was polite, professional, funny, and got the job done in a timely manner. When I saw my windshield, I could no longer see the cracks I had before. It looks brand new. Thank you Larry!
Worst shop in Arizona. Extremely rude, the Manager Jake hangs up on people. Poor service, they botched the work done. Terrible job, the windshield makes noise, when the guy came by, he refused to do anything. Jon Tapia was supposed to work on the windshield but he refused after being rude to the clients on a warranty job. Terrible service, terrible customer service, shotty work... you guys make Satellite look bad. I work with AAA membership and I think our liaison needs to hear about this poor service.
Brought car in with a clear windshield to have the replaced and left with an aftermarket windshield that has a blue tint. At no time did anyone tell me or ask me about putting in an aftermarket windshield. Then while the tech is out calibrating the car he was speeding and aggressively accelerating while I was watching him on the app. Tesla owners make sure to put your car in valet mode so these guys are not out joy riding your car.
