Lamour was excellent! He called in the morning with an estimated time of arrival and again about 30 minutes before arrival. Very professional, did an awesome job.

Horrible experience with the tech and call center. I've had multiple chip repairs before, this ones looks like my 5 year old put some nail polish on the area. The result looks much worst than prior to the repair, it has actually looks like it spread more and left a residue in the area that is now catching more attention than prior! I called the call center, spoke to Marie F. the first thing that came out of her mouth was, I can change it to a replacement...... She was very rude and should not be working at a call center.
