Eval was amazing!! She was professional, knowledgeable, and approachable making the whole process seamless and efficient. The communication was great throughout the whole process. I highly recommend their services for anyone in need of windshield care.
The technicians were very helpful, knowledgeable about the work and very respectful. The waiting area was clean, they offer coffee and water. The area only needs a tv. A tv would be a nice distraction for the customers. I give this place a 5stars, nothing less.
3(***) as I like to leave to viewers to judge. My windshield got cracked so called the insurance and they told okay, we're partner with Safelite and connected me with Safelite. Got appointment - went to this location on Clinton st, signed on and gave the key - sat around 10 minutes - someone came and said "the glass came for your car got scratched". Okay another appointment next day - on my way going to there - received call from Safelite saying " your glass didn't arrive". Okay next appointment - Until now, I would say noth... read more
