would like to leave a huge thank you to the Clinton St team for helping me out with my windshield that was replaced by the Walden Ave location 2 wks prior, there was a distorted spot from the installation as well as the new windshield did not have the solar tint like my prior one did. the team at the Buffalo safelite were able to replace the windshield again the same day as my warranty appt and replaced it perfectly, and the second windshield had the solar tint! thank you so much to all!! The tech was great, it was supposed to be a house visit but it was raining hard and I didn’t have a garage. We made it work though.
Excellent customer service and top marks for technical proficiency. They know what they’re doing and the facility is very clean orderly, and the manager. Damien, couldn’t have been more customer service oriented.
