The facility is average. The tech told me I will not here the shattered glass move in the liftgate but I find that not to be true. There seem to be lots of pieces of glass remaining even after the repair is complete. There are also multiple scratches on the glass. The tech told me he did not see this not until I pointed it out to him after the installation is complete. This was a terrible experience
I was very happy with the service I received at this location! I was in and out in an hour and staff was friendly and knowledgeable.
Took car at appointment time technician Steven was professional and replace windshield very quick . Waiting room comfortable . The whole process was great . And easy to get to located on zerega ave in the Bronx .
So far so great! Only 5 days, however.
