Went to the Zerega branch via Geico. Learned about the new go-to people for glass. They were professional and courteous. Good.

Efficient, professional, knowledgeable service
John, my service tech was terrific. Except for one scheduling hiccup the online process was very easy and efficient. Everything else happened as planned. If you do not have access to an extension cord and plug make sure your tech has a portable vacuum before he comes. And if you are replacing Glass on a car door-make sure to test for rattling glass before they leave.
Terrible. Their actual glass is bad enough, but service is worse. They no showed me 4 times. Impossible to get in touch with anyone. Overall just a bad company.
