This was my 2nd time using Safelite! Everything went great both times! The employees were so nice, helpful and very professional! I will definitely use Safelite in the future!
Unbeatable convenience, quick to schedule appointment, skilled & friendly. 100% great service and outcome! I have an older model car. No one in three counties could find the windshield but would order it from afar AND they couldn't schedule me inside 3 weeks AND would have changed $70 extra ... except Safelite!! Wow! They do not disappoint! My installer was a TOTAL PRO!!! Austin from Texas in Osage Beach, I really lucked out, LOVED HIS SERVICE STYLE and manor.
They over schedule and then don’t show up. I needed my windshield replaced and wasted a day and still didn’t get it fixed. Will never use Safelite again and will make that anyone that asks about them to stay clear. Very poor customer service!!!!
