My technician was very professional and was friendly. He was careful not to damage my vehicle while working efficiently and completed the work quickly.
Safelite was recommended to me by my auto issues as Progressive has a partnership with them and all the work is warrantied. The process to set up the appointment was quick and easy. I received text message updates for every part of the process. I had my new windshield installed 2 days ago and I am pleased with the work and all my safety features seem to work just as well as they did before meaning the recalibration went well.
The shattered glass was not removed out of the door, I can still hear it clink and move around winopening and closing my door. A part of the door was not replaced in properly by the handle. The window does not go up and down properly/smoothly like the other windows. I can’t roll the window down, afraid that it won’t roll back up again.
Hey guys, the service at this place is phenomenal, very professional…my hat off to these guys they have it nailed down…they went the extra mile and replaced the broken glass regulator…awesome
Took a friend to get her windshield replaced. There was a small problem but the staff handle it great. They sent someone to Jackson Mississippi and got the correct windshield. We were able to pick up her truck that day. Staff was nice.
