All personnel from front desk to technician were helpful and professional. My windshield was fixed in a timely manner. I am very satisfied with the work performed.
Safelite dispatched a technician to my home who replaced my windshield right in my parking spot. The process took about an hour, and the technician was incredibly nice and did a fantastic job. The new glass matched my previous windshield perfectly. Overall, it was a great experience. I'll definitely choose them for any future needs.
The mirror on my newly installed windshield was shaking profoundly. The technician that came out to evaluate the problem indicated that the windshield was not the best quality and needed to be replaced with a better product to resolve the issue. A follow up call revealed the windshield is on back order and could take 8 days or longer to be replaced again. I do appreciate that they are calling me now and trying to resolve the issue.
