Welp , just had a repair done through progressive for a cracked windshield. And this guy scratched the hell out of my hood and didn’t even say anything. They better repaint my hood and give me a rental to deal with this bullshit.
Over-promised, under delivered. Pushed my appointment back twice and no communication between the scheduling center and actual stores. I was left high and dry, so went somewhere else.
Windshield wipers missing parts, found out today that they do not work because of this. Truck was left dirty inside when the work was completed.
