Excellent customer service. Communication and follow up
Not a great first experience. Wasn’t able to finish the recalibration on our first visit. Said they would call the next day to schedule the recalibration visit, never did. We called the main line and rescheduled ourselves. Drop it off two days later. We waited and never got a call, email, or text to say it was completed. Sadly the phone number for this shop is not posted online so we just showed up 2.5 hours after closing and the manager was just sitting around waiting for people to show up and get their car.
