We had our windshield replaced here. Two days later it started to crack from the side of the glass. They have refused to replace the glass despite it being due to poor workmanship. If you want to have your glass replaced once, I recommend avoiding this location. Their management is unprofessional and their workmanship poor.
Very quick and professional. Couldn't have hoped for it to gone better honestly. Rock chip took 30 minutes max in my circumstance.
Safelight is awesome!! Love they they came out to my house. Made it so easy. Technician was kind and helpful.
The tech took 5 min to address a crack in my windshield. I will hold judgement to see if it holds. I paid $1500 for safelite to replace my windshield less than a year ago. Simply given me a credit toward a new windshield forth cost of the attempted repair I feel would be unacceptable. Every repair I have had on my past windshields have take well over 20 minutes.
This location is beyond incompetent. I had an OEM glass repair which they could not fulfill or find the windshield. After 4 attempts and almost 2 weeks of inability to figure out where a standard OEM windshield was or how to order one we canceled the appointment. Terrible management. Take you business elsewhere. Caliber Glass in Castle Rock is top tier.
