I had an appointment to come to me with a window of 12-5. No one ever showed up or called. I have not been able to get ahold of anyone to get any updates. I am very frustrated as I waited most of the day and had to put things off.
My experience with this shop was horrible. On the first visit, they installed the wrong glass and the safety systems wouldn't calibrate. 8 days later I was in again to fix their error. When I checked in for my appointment, my quoted price increased by over $300. I was able to resolve this relatively quickly. What I didn't know, when I arrived for my appointment, they were already 2 hours behind without informing me.
