SafeLite was amazing!
This is the second bad experience I’ve had with this location. My first experience started with the Frisco location but the manager started ghosting me after cancelling and rescheduling 5 appointments. It still took 3 cancelled and rescheduling appointments at this location. Now this location has cancelled and rescheduled 7 appointments to replace the windshield in our Land Rover. 3 of the cancellations were due to “damaged windshield”.
