The technician came out to replace our front windshield. Very fast and efficient however there was an issue with calibration. I drove to the location so they could fit me in. KT the asst. manager actually did the calibration for me so I did not have to make other arrangements to pick up my son from school. Greatly appreciate the help!
Windshield caught a rock on Friday. Setup the appt for Sat morning. They were professional, courteous and explained all the work to be done and the aftercare. Even explained their warranty. Great experience from start to finish.
Replaced faster than I expected.
