Vincent culp helped me with every need excellent service and overall great experience
Anyone who gets a 1-star review had a chance to fix the issues and was belligerent about it. The gaskets were popped off our windshield and the service provider very condescendingly “explained” having rubber bits waving in the breeze that never did that before was “how they always are.” Our screen was scratched and they patronizingly said “we can check our pre-inspection photos but….” with absolutely no intention of taking responsibility for the issue. I see you guys deleted my review because you're scared of the public seeing the truth about your poor representation of a massive company such as safelite. Customer service is here at the auburn location, is one of the very worst that I've experienced. The lady I talked to hung up the phone on me because I decided to cancel my appointment. I called back and asked to speak to the manager and he said that he was sitting right next to the employee who hung up on me, and he didn't see anything wrong with it.
