Anyone who gets a 1-star review had a chance to fix the issues and was belligerent about it. The gaskets were popped off our windshield and the service provider very condescendingly “explained” having rubber bits waving in the breeze that never did that before was “how they always are.” Our screen was scratched and they patronizingly said “we can check our pre-inspection photos but….” with absolutely no intention of taking responsibility for the issue. I see you guys deleted my review because you're scared of the public seeing the truth about your poor representation of a massive company such as safelite. Customer service is here at the auburn location, is one of the very worst that I've experienced. The lady I talked to hung up the phone on me because I decided to cancel my appointment. I called back and asked to speak to the manager and he said that he was sitting right next to the employee who hung up on me, and he didn't see anything wrong with it. Went to get a new windshield installed. They got it done quick. Within a month it cracked all the way across. Turns out they installed it incorrectly. Went back they replaced it for free, but left residue from the adhesive for the windshield. Also the managed to lose my brake fluid cap during the service but they won’t admit to it. They are very incompetent at this place. I would not recommend going here.
We have an appointment they start on the schedule time the service was excellent
