The whole process was easy. Came to my house ,work was done in timely manner Don did a great job.
Same thing happened to me. I had a small chip and after it was "repaired" it became worse. The chip was smaller but a larger, wider crack developed. The weather here is hot and if you park you car outdoors it may be an issue. Only option is to replace the whole window, and make sure your insurance covers not just chips but whole window replacement which is an additonal option. Not just basic/premium window insurance but extra.
FYI to anyone looking or thinking of going to this location Safelite does NOT exist in Redding at this location. I know this because I drove to this location to see about windshield repair to find out C&L Secure Storage is in this location 19731 Collyer Drive. The storage company has been trying to get Safelite company to take this location down for a few months now. Other than this I have had a great experience with repairs from Safelite.
Dylan was friendly, knowledgeable and considerate. He was on time, professional but very approachable. It was a pleasant experience. Call Dylan if you need repairs or a replacement windshield.
