I had the windshield in my 2009 Toyota Yaris replaced due to lawn maintenance company putting crack in it. The technician, Tyler, was very professional, polite, respectful & overall did an amazing job. I would give 10 stars if I could & recommend him to anyone for glass replacement.

This is the worst windshield replacement I’ve ever had in 60 years of car ownership. I have a 2016 Mazda MX 5 Miata. I filed a claim with my insurance company online. I was surprised that it listed only Safelite. It also didn’t let you schedule a mobile appointment. It did say it would take up to three hours. I had a 10:30 am appointment. At 4:30pm I was told my car was ready but they couldn’t recalibrate the camera. They tried four times but the told me to drive it a few days and come back for a recalibration.
