I have used 5 different Safelite stores plus mobile services, and I have been satisfied with their work. However, this is absolutely THE worst store! I used their “Drop & Go” service this time, which was explained to me as “drop-off before 9:30 am and expect to pick up 4-5 pm the same day.” FALSE! I called at 4 pm and was told they have not even begun work. “Drop & Go” Kellie tells me that they will work on my vehicle after they are done with all their “timed apportionments.” In short, I should have either used mobile at my ... read more
