Horrible customer service. Had an appointment scheduled between 12-5 so I waited all day. I contacted the customer service at 4:20 and was told technician would contact me in a couple minutes. Technician calls back at 5pm claiming to have called me at 12:10 pm, but I never received a call. Manager calls and says he has the call log and can confirm, but my call log says different. Instead of providing a solution, manager wanted to schedule an appointment for next week. Would not recommend to anyone.
Martin is an excellent windshield repair technician! He took care of my chip repair quickly! I would highly recommend this location! I have glass coverage in my insurance so it didn’t cost me a dime!
