My technician Vinny and clerk was professional and made the process easy
I called for service on a Wednesday and was scheduled for a Monday. Monday comes and it was then pushed to Saturday since the tech called off work. Saturday comes and my appointment for 8-1 became 11-1 because the lady did not update the notes from the Monday booking. And then the tech struggled with recalibration and had to drive my vehicle.
