I had an appointment Friday for Safelite to come and replace my windshield. On Thursday, at 12:00, someone called my phone. I was unable to call back right away, and by 3:00 they canceled the appointment because "you failed to confirm." This is completely insane. They refused to reschedule because it was too late. I will NEVER try to do business with Safelite again.
Great service and personnel!!!!!!
The windshield to be replaced was received by them incorrectly. They had my car for 8 hours before they were aware of the issue. Inconvenient to be without the vehicle all day and now have to wait 2 weeks to take it back in. Overall stuff was nice and apologetic.
