Perfect experience. I was delighted that there was no upselling of wiper blades, etc.
My experience at the Safelite shop in Sequim WA was excellent. Knowledgeable and responsive technicians, and a customer service agent named Barb who went above and beyond to make the 2 hour wait worthwhile. Our world could use more Barbs.
Took care of a windshield chip in both of our vehicles. They charged it to our insurance so we paid $0. I made an appointment on line and the service only took about 15 min.
Well informed conpetent and professional staff
Special thanks to Barb. She works hard juggling customers, the phone, and the technicians. She also helped to get me the best price for an out of pocket windshield.
