While I was in siting for my vehicle to be done I got to witness the lady at the counter being totally rude to this one guy wanting to get his windshield fixed, I spend two and a half hours waiting for my windshield and the guy couldn’t get his windshield started and one point the lady just got up and walk away when the guy was questioning why, the coworkers were kind enough to continue helping the guy but there’s an obvious awkwardness in the air , I also hear her talk to another possible costumer that walk in about a quote... read more
New windshield looks great. They rescheduled a few times due to my windshield being difficult for them to procure.
The tech came at the beginning of the 4 hour window! He was done quickly and efficiently. Great job all around.
Overall, the service was very professional, and I appreciated that the team was willing to answer and explain all of my requests. Since picking up my car, all functions are working well and everything looks good. I also found it very helpful to have the direct contact information for a call back. The only small issue I encountered was with the scheduling. I was asked to arrive 10 minutes early, but the door was not yet open for me to get in. Thank you,
