Satellite made replacing my Tesla Y windshield so easy! My insurance recommended them and set the appointment up for the following day. Satelitte had excellent communication and called me to confirm the appointment and the work that was being done. I decided to drop off my car the night before the appointment at 5pm. By 8:30am the following morning, my car windshield replacement was completed! The employees were so nice and knowledgeable and customer service was excellent!!! I highly recommend them!!!

Car got bipped, USAA had me go through Safelite. Everything went smoothly and they replace my side window in a few hours. All employees were friendly and helpful. Hope I never have to come here again but if I do I trust their work and am sure I won't have a problem. 5 Stars all the way!

Safelite came to my house, which was very convenient. Unfortunately, there’s a rattle from the windshield. It’s very slight, and I could live with it, but it is annoying. However, they’re coming back to my house to see what they can do.

Bait and switch. I was quoted one price that in writing included recalibration, moldings etc and upon checkout it was 400% higher. They stated that the new price reflected recalibration, moldings and tax. Except for the tax all those items were on the original quote.
