Terrible! Damaged my paint and trim. 5000.00 in damage! Update! Took two months for approval, it took them all day to pay the bill, now Carfax shows an accident on my car! Avoid this company! They suck!
Sent my Tesla model Y for repairing a small chip with cracks less than 1.5 inch long, ended up with a crack more than 20 inches, and need a replacement. Asked for a written statement about what happened, and was denied. Suggested to have an audio recording, and the guy said they are not comfortable about that. Mobile tech came out to my house and replaced a truck windshield and calibrated everything and it looks like nothing even happened. Great work!
The passenger side windows was broken (vandalism) and obviously pieces of glass has fallen *inside* the door. A new window was installed but I can still hear all these piece move inside every time I close the door. This is a four year old car that sounds like broke glass. I am very disappointed with this.
