The saving grace of this review is that the technician was extremely kind. However, the technician did not call me to give me an arrival eta, he left the dash covered in dirt and debris after the install, the rearview mirror was not properly installed and fell off while my wife was driving just days after the install, the windshield was left streaky and dirty, and new windshield wipers were not installed, as they were included in the service booking.
Great staff and service. Go the job done within 30 minutes to get the crack filled....

Absolutely horrible service and false marketing! Absolute scam! They advertise that their customer service center is available 24/7/365 but it is all a lie. My husband’s appointment was rescheduled twice and the 3rd time we sat at home all day waiting for a repair guy to show up, but he did not. Called the customer service number 10 times and it never connects you to an agent. Tried their so called “chat service” and it doesn’t connect to an agent either!
