Absolutely the worst glass shop I’ve ever dealt with. Like many other frustrated customers, I brought in my car for a simple windshield chip—smaller than a dime, an easy fix for any competent shop. But instead of repairing it, these amateurs managed to spread the crack across the entire windshield. Fast,quick, wonderful customer service.
The car wasn't tested before I left and immediately heard a wind sound coming through. I don't drive the car, so I wanted my wife to confirm the next morning which she did. I spent about 1 hour over two calls trying to get an appointment to fix. Also, had to keep the car there two days initially because you didn't check the original winshield when it came in and it was chipped so you needed to order another one. Not what we expected from a company like Safelight.
Repeat customer here. My tech is a real pro--very attentive to detail. I remain impressed with quality, cost, convenience and results.
