The technician was very friendly and helpful. He kept me up to date with the windshield replacement progress. That part of the experience was 5 stars. HOWEVER, the reception area where I had to sit for 2 hours had a room freshener fragrance that was very overwhelming and I almost immediately had a headache. It also seemed like they put the fragrance in my car without consent. I had to drive around town for the next few hours with my windows open in 45-degree weather. Just be forewarned.
Entire experience was excellent! Joel the Manager is great, the technician who fixed the chip was fast, and there's no evidence of any damage or repair. Took very little time to repair, and the waiting area is very clean. It's my 2nd time there (I have a Jeep....'nuff said lol) and I wouldn't go anywhere else! Highly recommend!
Safelite did a super job. The repairman was friendly and fast. The repair was done in my driveway so I didn't even have to drive to a Safelite business location. I will definitely use their server again if i ever need another repair.
